1. ClickNow4Jobs is a jobs board registered in the UK and all aspects of these Terms and Conditions and business practices are governed by the laws of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  All business conducted by ClickNow4Jobs is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.  

2. Your CV and the details which they contain will be able to be viewed by subscribing potential employers.  By accepting these Terms and Conditions you will be consenting to the publication of your CV and its contents to subscribing potential employers.       

3. Your personal details will be passed on to subscribing potential employers upon request, so that they may contact you.  By registering with this website you will be consenting to the disclosure of your CV and all of its contents.  

4. By registering with this website you consent to ClickNow4Jobs sharing your information with other agencies and affiliates who may contact you with offers and introductions for your benefit from time to time.  

5. The content of ClickNow4Jobs is made up of your contributions and does not make any warranties, guarantees or accept any responsibilities with regard to its content accuracy, or any other aspect with regard to documents posted by “Work Seekers “

6. ClickNow4Jobs and its related companies, directors, management or any other party related to this service will not be liable for loss of any form without limit arising from use of this service, save on occasion where statutory rights prohibit such exclusion and or your death or personal injury is directly caused by the negligence of Bournes Recruitment, its servants and agents.

7. ClickNow4Jobs is in no way responsible for any material posted by contributors, which could be considered defamatory or inflammatory.

8. Any material written or otherwise published on the site which could be seen as damaging to the reputation or interests or relationship of ClickNow4Jobs with any party connected to ClickNow4Jobs, which causes quantifiable loss to ClickNow4Jobs, may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and ClickNow4Jobs reserves the right to take action to recover such losses.  

9. In the event that you post any material which may be considered in any way illegal, ClickNow4Jobs will be legally obliged to pass on your details to the appropriate authorities.  

10. ClickNow4Jobs may choose to modify this site at any time.  You will be able to find out about such modifications by logging on to the site.       

11. If at any time you do not wish to continue using the services of ClickNow4Jobs you must notify ClickNow4Jobs, otherwise you will still be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the site.

12. Any breach of any of the Terms and Conditions above or any use of the site for purposes other than seeking employment, will result in the immediate closing of the account and in the event that the misuse may constitute a criminal offence, the action will be reported to the appropriate authorities.       

13. In the event that you have any complaint with regard to the services provided by ClickNow4Jobs you have the right to present a written complaint to the managing director of ClickNow4Jobs and your complaint will be considered and a response provided within 14 days.

14. At no time is ClickNow4Jobs obliged to find employment for you.

Information about you.  Our privacy policy

We will collect information about you and use this for our future marketing and this may be passed on to other agencies and affiliates as previously pointed out in paragraph 5.  

15. In using this site you fully agree to the above.

16. In the event that you do not want your details passed on to parties other than subscribing potential employers, you must indicate this in your  application form.

17. In the event that you wish to purchase any of our services, your payment details will be destroyed after payment is made.
