 Interpretation

This agreement relates to the provision of the services detailed in this document.  In this document ClickNow4Jobs of 12 Tib Lane Manchester M2 4JB will be described in all occasions as “Click”.  

Those entering in to this agreement will be referred to as “you “and “your”.  Potential “Work Seekers “ will be  described   as  “candidates”
 

The ClickNow4Jobs web site   will be  referred  to   as   “the  site “
 

1. The Service

Once  you  have  completed  our  application  form  and  this  has been  accepted , subject  to  identity  checks  and   your submitted  payment  clearing ,  you  will be  given access  to  our  data vault  strictly  in accordance  with the  terms and  conditions  detailed in this  document .

In completing  our application form and  making  payment  you will have  consented  to  being  bound  by the  terms and conditions  detailed in this  document.

It is  required that  all the  information  provided  by you is truthful  and correct  and that  if  any  of   your   circumstances  or  details  change  you  will advise  us immediately  Click  will  not  be liable  for  any  loss  suffered  arising from  failure to  provide  correct  information .

Click will strive  to  provide a reliable and  accurate  service  at  all time   though  we  are  unable to  guarantee  the  authenticity  or  accuracy  of the  candidates  details  stored on the  site .

In  agreeing to the  terms  and  conditions  detailed  in this  document   you accept  that Click  does not have  control  of  the  contents of the  candidates  CVs  and is not liable  in  any way  for  untruthful  information  provided  by the  candidates . No refunds  will be  given on the  basis  that  a candidate  has  provided  incorrect  inform motion

 2. Price

PAY PER CLICK
You will be charged 10p each time a potential candidate clicks on your job posting.  If you post a job a do not select a payment plan, you will automatically default to the Pay Per Click and charged accordingly.
 

3. Payment

PAY PER VIEW
You will be invoiced 30 days from the date of your job posting, or sooner if your job posting is cancelled..

CV LIBRARY/PREMIUM JOB LISTING/YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION
Payment will  be made  via  PayPal  once  a  subscription payment  is  made  there will be  no partial  refunds  however  if  you  wish to  cancel  the  service  within  24hours  you  will receive a refund  but  will  be  subject  to an  administration charge of  £45.00

At  no  time  will  our  charge  exceed that  detailed  for any  single  subscription  term  but  may  vary on  renewal .

4. Variation and Amendments

You  will be  notified  of  any  changes in  our  terms or  mode of  service  at  any renewal  and  should  fully  read  all terms and conditions prior to  renewal

5. Termination

At the  end of  each subscription period  your  account  will be  closed  unless you  renew your  subscription  on or  before  the subscription end  date.

Otherwise  you  will  have to  reapply  and establish a new account

You  may contact  us  to  state  that  you  wish  to  terminate  your  subscription at  any time  but there  will be  no refund of  any  subscription payment .

6. Password  Obligations and Privacy

The  ownership  of all  information  on the  site , in  whatever form,  provided  by  the candidates   remains the property of the  candidates  under  all circumstances .

The  information provided  by the candidates  must  not  be used  in any  way  other  than  directly   in  respect of  recruitment .

You must  not  publish any  information  provided  by  the  candidates  or  contact the candidates  for  any other  purpose  than that  of  recruitment .

Any  abuse  of this  site  for  the  purpose  of  harvesting  information  or  the  use  of  software  of  any  kind  to make  contact   with  or  download  multiple clients will be considered as a breach of  these  terms and conditions  and will  always  result in  legal action to  recover  any  loss  to  Click.

Your  password  is  for use  with your  subscription  if  your  password is  given to  any  third   party  you  will be  billed  for the  subscription  of that third party .

7. Liability

Click and  its  related  companies ,directors, management  or any other  party  related  to  this  service   will not  be liable  for loss  of any  form  without  limit  arising  from  use of  this  service  save  in occasion where statutory  right s prohibit  such exclusion  and or  your death or  personal  injury  is  directly  caused  by  the  negligence of  Click its servants  and agents.

8. Force Majeure

Click  will make  every  effort  to  ensure  the  full functionality of the  site however  in the  event  that  the site  becomes subject of  technical  difficulties  your  subscription period  will be  altered  to reflect  this . However Click is in  no way liable  for any loss arising  from  any  technical malfunction of this  site .

Click will not  be in a anyway  responsible  for  loss of  use of  the  site or  subsequently  loss  arising out  of  acts  of  war , national  emergency , terrorist  attacks and  or natural  disasters including  weather related  events  

Information and you .  Our privacy policy
Any  information we  keep  on  you   is  kept  confidential  as per  our  privacy  policy .  In  subscribing  to this  service  you  give permission  for  us to  contact  you  with regard to any aspect of  your  account . In  subscribing to  this  service  you  confirm that  you  agree  that the  above is not  a breach of  your  rights under the  Telecommunications  (Data and Privacy Regulations 

ClickNow4Jobs is a jobs board registered in the u.k.  and all  aspects of  these  terms and  conditions  and  business  practices  are  governed  by  the laws  of  England  Wales and  Northern Ireland. All business  conducted  by  ClickNow4Jobs  is  subject  to the  Terms and  conditions  set out  in this  document  .
