Position: Conference Producer – Law

Salary: £24k-26k + bonus
The Company
This prestigious international publishing organisation produces high quality business intelligence and international events for leading industry experts. It’s an opportunity for these senior level professionals to exchange and gain information, share a wealth of knowledge as well as network. The company boasts more than a hundred years of heritage with nearly 20,000 employees. Their legal sector is rapidly expanding and they are looking for a law/legal graduate to join the team.
The Role
The Conference Producer role will involve you working on a portfolio of events that specialise in law and current issues within the legal sector. You will have the responsibility from market analysis, researching and acquiring speakers to managing the conference to fruition. You will work very closely with the marketing and sponsorship sales team as well developing contacts within the industry.
The Individual
The perfect candidate must have a bachelor’s degree at a 2.1 level or above. A legal or law degree is advantageous but by no means necessary. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate and must have at least a years’ experience within a commercial environment, preferably in the legal or law sector, after graduating. The team is lively so confidence and the ability to start talking and asking questions from the first day is a must.
