Family Solicitor (Maternity Leave) - Worcester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a reputable firm in the Worcester area. You will have experience dealing with all family law related matters, advocacy and be a member of the Children’s panel.
The role will involve providing advice and assistance to clients, preparing legal documents, interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements, dealing with solicitors and other professionals, representing clients in the high court and attending hearings. You will also provide any necessary supervision of secretarial and support staff, keep up to date with the needs of the firm and developments in the relevant law.
