Position: Conference Producer –Spanish
Location: Central London
Salary: £18 - £22k depending on experience + profit share
The Role:
We are looking for a determined, diligent, energetic individual to drive results. Our rapidly expanding organisation is looking for a Graduate who is business fluent in Spanish to join their successful events team. The highly intelligent, articulate graduate will have the opportunity of producing niche events in Latin America on some of the world’s most innovative solutions in the aviation and transport industry. We will provide full training and on-going support and have excellent career opportunities within the organisation to progress.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Evaluating and researching the viability of conference topics by conducting in-depth research with leading experts and senior industry figures
• Sourcing and developing relevant sponsorship leads. Working closely with the Marketing Director to build data for marketing campaigns, including sourcing competitive delegate lists and referrals from (potential) sponsors.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure effective marketing of events (i.e. monitoring marketing campaigns and contributing to all aspects of marketing the events).
• Work closely with all team members to ensure profitability and successful execution of events.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in further developing a number of the events by continually improving the content and value of the conference program.
Key requirements:
• The candidate must be able to speak business English and Spanish, along with written skills – an absolute necessity.
• A minimum 2.1 degree in a credible subject from a Red Brick University
• 6 months experience within a commercial environment, 2 years at the very maximum.
• Experience within the Conference sector is advantageous but a prerequisite
• Ambitious personality, with the drive and determination to succeed in a fast track environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, goal driven and financially orientated.
