The Role
Due to significant growth we are now investing in recruiting a top class Database and Research professional. The individual will play a key role in further developing and enhancing a niche market leading business’ global community and client database.
On a day to day basis the Research and Database Manager will play a pivotal role in providing the following:
• Managing and enhancing data quality and quantity of our database
• Identify and analysing further development needs
• Setting and fulfilling development objectives in order to meet set business targets
• Devise new data entry procedures
• Identify sources for new quality data
• Commission bespoke data research and collection
• Research and engage with new leads and contacts to join our business community
• Develop a data research and entry team (recruitment and management)
What we are looking for
• A passion for data!
• A technical grasp of database issues
• Extensive experience in managing and developing a large database from a qualitative and quantitative view point
• Strong analytical and inquisitive skills with an excellent project management background
• Strong research skills with the ability to process and collate information quickly
• A strategic thinker who is not averse to “getting their hand dirty”!
