TELEPHONE NEGOTIATOR / COLLECTIONS AGENT – MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE – UP TO £17,000 BASIC SALARY + £23,000 OTE + BENEFITS
Telephone Negotiator / Collections Agent sought by Manchester based debt recovery company to provide an excellent service on behalf of a number of large blue chip companies.
Due to their continued success and growth they are now recruiting a Telephone Negotiator / Collections Agent to work in a great environment with excellent company training and benefits!
The Role:
* As a Telephone Negotiator / Collections Agent you will be working on behalf of various clients including high profile blue chip organisation in providing a debt recovery service
* You will be based from the Manchester office, receiving incoming calls from debtors as well as making outbound calls
* The successful Telephone Negotiator / Collections Agent will be negotiating payment and payment plans with debtors to clear outstanding debt
* You will be working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturdays (1 in 2)
The Person:
* The ideal Telephone Negotiator / Collections Agent MUST come from a similar debt collections role e.g. debt collection agent, telephone negotiator, debt recovery etc.
* You will have excellent customer service skills
* You will also have an outgoing and assertive personality with the ability to show empathy
* You must be a team player, able to work alone as well as part of a team
* You must be able to pass a basic CRB check and credit check
* You must have the ability to work in an extremely regulated and compliant focused environment
The Package:
* UP TO £17,000 Basic Salary
* £23,000 OTE
* 25 days holiday + statutory days
