A great opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor for a popular prestige dealership based in Kent. Our client is looking for a professional and customer focused individual to join their service department. You will preferably have experience as a service advisor or service administrator within a franchised dealership.
The role
* Ensure there is effective communication between the customer and workshop
* You will be dealing with high calibre customers at all times so professionalism is essential, face to face and over the telephone
* Ability to establish problems with customer vehicles
* Responsible for chasing the progress on repairs to reach deadlines
* Raising job cards, costing jobs, invoicing, warranty administration and all other ad hoc duties associated with service advising
* Ensure the highest level of customer service is carried out at all times
Who we’re looking for
* Must have previous service experience preferably within a main dealership as a service advisor or service administrator
* Candidates must have the ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times
* Will be passionate about customer care and confident in providing excellent customer service
