| Description |
Our client, an established prestige dealership based in Kent is looking for a very experienced Parts Supervisor to join and lead the parts department and assist with the day to day duties required. You must have a very stable career history and already be working in a similar role within a franchised dealership.
The role
* Develop and maintain high standards of customer service in order to maximise the sale of parts and help monitor the staff within the department
* Comply with and maintain Company policies, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within your department
* Responsible for receiving and identifying stock
* To check goods from suppliers
* Monitoring training and development needs for the parts team
* Ensure accurate identification of customers´ needs by means of parts catalogues and computer stock lists
* Conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy
Who we are looking for
* The successful applicant will be familiar with working in all areas of the parts department already as a supervisor
* Must have a stable career history
* Good communication skills along with an excellent telephone manner
* An enthusiastic and self-motivated supervisor
* Ability to demonstrate excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills and lead members of the parts department
* Computer literate
