A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award winning commercial dealership in Middlesex for a professional, dynamic and motivated Service Advisor to join their team allocating work to Technicians and dealing with any customer queries. Experience working with commercial vehicles is essential so if you are looking to progress your career or you are just looking for a new challenge please read on.
The role:
* You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in the maintenance area
* Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
* Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
* Communicate to customers about the services being offered and to deal with customer service on an excellent level
* Upsell on optional services and accessories to the customers at every opportunity
* Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if any delays are expected
* Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package
Who we are looking for:
* Experience working in a front of house customer orientated role in the main dealer network of the motor industry
* You will have the ability to communicate well with people at all levels to ensure the customer´s requirements for service and repair are met and faults can be quickly and efficiently diagnosed by the Technicians
* You will have a full understanding and experience of successfully up selling and understand the importance of ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* Be able to efficiently work under pressure
* You will need to have experience in a similar role and will be used to dealing with a high volume of customers preferably with a prestige brand
* Kerridge experience is essential
