I have an exciting new vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker with Mental Health experience to join a friendly and dynamic team in Dorset.
Previous post qualifying experience of working with Mental Health essential. You must have a degree in Social work, or a masters in Social work or any other GSCC recognised qualification.
Working within a local authority in Dorset you will become part of the Community Mental Health Team.
The role will include managing a medium sized caseload involving work with Adults with Mental Health issues and providing Needs Assessments and Care Plans. You will also be safeguarding vulnerable adults and older people, and working with front line assessment treatment. You will also be creating support packages and carrying out assessments identifying a positive outcome for the service user. |
