Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide organisational & administrative support to the Managing Director of an established automotive group based in North London. It is essential you have previous P.A experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
The role
* The main purpose of the role will be to provide a full secretarial service to Senior Managers within the business
* Diary Management and email management
* Organise meeting and events in a professional and timely manager
* Taking minutes in management meetings
* Assisting the HR team in all aspects such as preparing documents and general administrative duties
* Proof Reading of documents
* Preparing itinerary’s and business meetings for management
* Managing stock orders and assisting with all paper work needed
* Arranging travel arrangements when needed
* Assisting in preparations of internal and external meetings
Who we are looking for
* Must have experience as a PA within the automotive industry
* You will have excellent organisational skills
* Will be strong and effective communicator both written and verbally
* Must be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* It is essential you have strong Microsoft Office skills
* Must hold a full clean driving licence
