A unique opportunity has arisen with our client for a Contact Centre Operative to join their contact centre based in Hertfordshire. You must have call centre experience and preferably within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be professional and confident in dealing with customers over the telephone.
The role
* You will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls
* Carrying out various administrative tasks and capturing accurate data
* Speaking to existing customers regarding services due on their vehicles
* Gathering information from customers and inputting this on the company database
Who we are looking for
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years call centre experience, preferably within the automotive industry
* Must be IT literate and have an exceptional telephone manner
* Professional and confidential individual
* You must also possess excellent customer service skills and be accurate and show attention to detail
What’s on offer?
Monday – Friday position, Salary 18k – 20k basic plus bonus
