A Domiciliary Care Field Supervisor is required for this expanding, quality-driven community care organisation in Surrey. Applicants with previous work experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in social care would be highly desirable for this role.
This organisation are looking for a candidate who can take a lead on assessments in the community, compile care packages, participate in the on-call rota, and help to sell the business to new clients.
This organisation has a very friendly atmosphere, so they are looking for someone who is passionate, who is not afraid to be hands-on, and someone who can act as a good role model for carers, providing motivation whilst also overseeing quality of care. Candidate with an NVQ2/NVQ3 would be highly desirable.
