Personal Injury Fee Earner. Preston, Lancashire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury paralegal to join a very exciting rapidly expanding firm in the Preston area. You will be a tenacious, motivated and determined Fee Earner with previous experience dealing with Personal Injury matters, essentially RTA cases.
Your role will require you to deal with a caseload of pre litigation Personal Injury cases via Proclaim and you will also have the ability to confidently complete stages 1 and 2. You will have knowledge of civil procedure rules and be familiar with the Code of Conduct (SRA). This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Fee Earner with experience of handling their own Personal Injury caseload – the firm is rapidly expanding and it is an exciting time for anyone to join the firm. You will be an organised, motivated and efficient candidate who would be able to hit the ground running with a caseload.
