CLIENT PARTNER - DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY - BERKSHIRE - UP TO £70,000 + £14K BONUS
One of the UK´s leading Digital Marketing agency´s in the Thames Valley have a brand new opportunity available for a first class strategic marketer to join their client services team at a very senior level. This is a new role that is on offer for a marketer with extensive agency experience who knows everything there is to know about digital marketing.
Your role as Client Partner will be to support the Client Services Director and Account Directors to maximise the strength and stability of key accounts by developing senior long term relationships to ensure continued health and deliver account growth.
The Client Partner role has 3 main elements;
Client Management - maintaining close relationships with senior client contacts and procurement teams, be a point of escalation on account problems and prepare performance reviews internally and externally.
Business Development - management and growth of existing clients, win and deliver £600k GP incremental revenue from existing and new business leads, pitching, planning and presenting.
Senior Strategic Lead - understand changing technology and digital trends and their impact on clients´ business, setting a positive example on the client services team, seek ways to increase agency profitability, lead quarterly account reviews.
