We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie Pastry to join this fantastic restaurant and venue, synonymous with glamour and style and one of London’s most impressive restaurants. The dining room is an elegant and contemporary space and offers a classic British menu that change with the seasons to feature the freshest seasonal produce.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry with a passion for British cuisine and standards orientated, proactive, committed to excellence with excellent attention to detail and very organised.
You will be working as part of a team of around 15 chef working shifts to produce high quality food for up to 150 covers.
Required experience and skills for the Chef de Partie Pastry:
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar environment
• Experience working in a large team
• Fluent in English
