The dining room is an elegant and contemporary space and offers a classic British menu that change with the seasons to feature the freshest seasonal produce while the large function room can cater for varied functions and styles for a high profile clientele.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef Banqueting with a passion for internationalcuisine and standards orientated, proactive, committed to excellence with excellent attention to detail and very organised.
Required experience and skills for the Junior Sous Chef Banqueting:
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar environment
• Banqueting and function experience essential
• Experience working in a large team
• Fluent in English
