General Manager - Milton Keynes / Bedford- £30000 to £35000
Our client is looking for an experienced and inspirational General Manager for an award winning gastro pub in Milton Keynes / Bedford.
As General Manager you will act as "owner/operators" and drive the businesses from the floor, delivering the offer with flair and presence. This is a very busy gastro pub and a challenge for whoever takes over.
The new seasonal menu is modern British, comfortably interwoven with some Mediterranean influences. There are traditional favourites such as fish and chips and steaks, freshly made pizzas and pastas with the chef´s daily specials showcasing the finest fish and seafood.
The candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager. You will be results driven with very high operational standards and be an inspiration his / her team with motivational leadership.
Please note this is a live out position so accommodation cannot be offered on the position.
Salary £30000 - 35000
