Sous Chef – Surrey - to £22k
As Sous chef at this busy gastro pub with a menu that covers seasons and combines modern British, comfortably interwoven with some Mediterranean influences.
Successful Sous chef must have a proven business track record as well as excellent culinary craft skills.
Leadership skills are essential as teams will need to be constantly trained and developed.
You will need to have a strong background in a similar establishment and be ready to take some new ideas and be creative when writing new menus.
Our client would like Sous chefs that are hungry for their own kitchen and be ready to step up to head chef in 9 – 12 months.
