Our client is looking for an experienced and inspirational Deputy General Managers for an all fresh gastro pubs from Milton Keynes to Nottingham
As Deputy General Manager you will work along side the General Manager and drive the businesses from the floor, delivering the offer with flair and presence. This is a very busy gastro pub and a challenge for whoever takes over.
The new seasonal menu is modern British, comfortably interwoven with some Mediterranean influences. There are traditional favourites such as fish and chips and steaks, freshly made pizzas and pastas with the chef´s daily specials showcasing the finest fish and seafood.
The candidate will have previous experience as a Deputy General Manager. You will be results driven with very high operational standards and be an inspiration his / her team with motivational leadership.
