Modern British high quality food for a Brasserie, functions and event catering and cafes.
Following the kitchen refurbishment, we are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team and work with a Michelin starred Executive chef in a brigade of 30 chefs serving modern British for a Brasserie, bars, cafes and function rooms and working 7 shifts per week.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality. Committed and well presented who enjoys interaction with customers. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure and be able to organize and assist the Manager at any time.
This is a hands on position and will suit someone who leads by example.
Required experience for the Demi Chef de Partie:
- Two years experience
- Brasserie style restaurant experience advantageous
- Fine dining (Rosettes and Michelin) advantageous
