High profile private members club with a fine dining 60 covers restaurant, bar and private dining rooms. We are recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join a new team within a great group of high quality restaurants. This is a very good company to work for as the average tenure of managers is 4 to 5 years!
Job Description:
We are looking for a Pastry Chef who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality, committed and a strong background in fine dining with Rosettes and Michelin star restaurants.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and be able to organise your section.
You will work under a group pastry chef dedicated to overlooking all pastry within few restaurants in London.
Required experience for the Pastry Chef:
- Previous years’ experience at similar level
- Understanding of Bread making
- Fine dining restaurant essential
- Michelin or over 2AA Rosettes experience important
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine advantageous
- Fluent English is essential
