Based in a picturesque Country House Hotel set in magnificent estate grounds within the beautiful Chiltern Hills. Our client is looking for a Demi Chef de partie-
We are looking for a Demi Chef de partie who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality, committed, able to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure and be able to organise his/her section at any time. There is a team of around 18 chefs, so we need someone able to take responsibilities for their section.
You will be working in the main kitchen providing food for the fine dining restaurant, but will also be requested to help in the banqueting and function kitchens.
Required experience for the Chef de partie:
- Two years experience in pastry
- Fine dining style restaurant experience to Rosettes or Michelin standard
- Fluent English
Ability to work in a small close-knit operation
Good intercommunication with staff
