Field Based Account Executive Aberdeen & Dundee Area

This is truly an outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK’s number one workwear service/garment rental providers in an exciting field based account executive/customer services role with great earning potential.
Covering the Aberdeen & Dundee area, applicants must ideally be based “on patch” so we welcome suitably experienced applicants from the wider Aberdeen & Dundee area.
Whilst applications are welcomed from workwear sector experienced sales professionals, this is not essential. But you will be an experienced field based ‘farmer’ of existing accounts, preferably from a similar ‘service industry’ background. You will be able to spot opportunities to effectively up-sell and cross-sell but ultimately be accountable for client retention and contract renewals. Please note that this role contains now ‘pure new business development’ or cold-calling.
As this role will be responsible for account-managing a diverse portfolio of 800-1,000 existing/historic client accounts, you must be adaptable (equally adept at meeting with and selling to small SME business and large corporate organisations) together with excellent route/journey and call-cycle planning to ensure optimised time-management and prioritisation. With a fairly autonomous field based approach, this role will demand that you can organise your own working week effectively.
