Position: Customer Appointments Controller
Location: Wolverhampton / West Midlands
Salary: £18,700 basic OTE £24,000 uncapped
Our client a motor vehicle dealership, are looking for an experienced Car Service Bookings Clerk
Working within a busy Service Department dealing with all incoming calls.
9 Technicians seeing up to 30 jobs per day selling in the region of 35 hours per day.
1 in 4 Saturdays are required.
Bonus achieved on hours booked in to workshop.
Job role
You will need to have a motor trade background and be able to work on your own as this is a stand alone position but you will be based within the service department. You will be expected to take all booking enquires for the dealership and arrange the diary accordingly, you will also be making follow up calls, booking calls and customer satisfaction calls. You will also be up selling products and service to the customers.
To be considered for our positions you must have worked in the motor trade within the last two years in an identical role.
