Commercial Property Solicitor, Staffordshire.
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen at a reputable firm in the West Midlands area, ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years PQE dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters.
The role will involve dealing with taking instructions from clients in respect of enfranchisement work and giving advice including claims under section 1 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967. You will be involved in dealing with claims for extended leases on flats, transactional work falling under section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, sale and purchase of freehold ground rents and some conveyancing work.
