Mental Health and Leaning Disabilities Team Leader – Dorset - My clients are looking for a strong experienced candidate to work as team leader across their services in Dorset. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ2 or higher in health and social care although this is not essential if you have experience in a similar role. Due to the nature of this position a driver is essential.
You will be responsible for travelling to the different services on a day to day basis and duties will include; Supervising the staff in the different services and ensuring all staff are trained to mandatory standards, ensuring the residents payments are correct, assisting with aspects of personal care, care planning and risk assessments and any other duties as required.
