Qualified Social Worker – Older People’s Mental Health Team
We require a Qualified Social Worker to work within an Older Persons Mental Health Team based in Staffordshire. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £24 per hour depending on experience.
Duties Include –
- Assessment and care management
- Carrying out needs assessments.
- Working in partnership with other professionals and agencies to undertake a holistic assessment of vulnerable adults.
Requirements -
You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW / CCETSW), be GSCC registered and be eligible to work in the UK. Experience working within an Older Person’s Social Services department is essential.
