Job Title: Disabilities Supported Living Manager - Cambs
Description
My clients are looking for a motivated Supported Living Manager to help set up and manage a new service in Cambridgeshire for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and complex needs.

Applicants for this role will ideally have experience in working with these client groups in a managerial setting, and have an NVQ3/NVQ4/RMA/RNLD or QCF Level 5 qualification. You will be establishing the service by helping to gain referrals, recruiting and training staff, supervising and appraising carers, managing a budget, and leading by example.

Applicants are required to be person-centred and enthusiastic.
