My clients are looking for several experienced, highly-motivated Support Workers to work as part of their new quality-focused domiciliary care business in south Hertfordshire.
In the first instance they are aiming to recruit several good, experienced care workers with a view to personal and professional development. This organisation are hoping to turn their initial care support staff into in-house trainers and/or Care Co-ordinators once the business needs require it.
Therefore these positions require "go-getting", ambitious care workers who are dynamic and on-the-ball, but also loyal as full-time hours may not be available immediately. This role would suit flexible carers who would be happy with part-time hours, moving onto full-time hours. In return, you have a really good opportunity to progress your career and move into care management.
