My clients are looking for a Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator for their busy and fast-moving Kent office, which provides care in the community to older people and vulnerable adults.
Candidates with an NVQ3 would be highly desirable, although this qualification is not essential if candidates have previous experience in the field. This role will involve rostering using IT systems, maintaining and building up excellent relationships with local authorities, attending client meetings, and ensuring supervisions are up-to-date.
This branch is rated “good” with CQC, and is a very stable environment. Candidates are required to be organised, dynamic, and with a good phone manner.
